It doesn’t work anymore after first call, keep saying the line is busy while the line was not really busy.
I suspect this is a hoax app. Only the phone time call went through, all later calls just keep repeating that the line you are calling is busy.
But in reality it is not real busy.
And it never go through again anymore. No way to get the rest of the balance back.

I have been using Mytelo for a while now and it was a perfect way to call my sister in New Zealand but now I cannot use it even though I am in credit and I am not able to get through to my sister,I have contacted mytelo and they have advised me a few things to do I don’t understand what to do I really need to talk to them try to fix it .

Mytello stopped working and can not log in to it .

- - Customer service emails received no reply and the $136 credit is not refunded.
I have been using my mobile number to call Iran for a few months was working well. Sadly, I am not able to log in and dont send me a log in code.
I have sent numerous emails via their customer service email but no answer . I have credit of $136.
With them I am not getting refund either . It too good to be true.

- - Adding a new contact deletes the top existing contact.
- - Account switched from France to UK; most contacts were deleted and charges appear incorrect.
All was working well until this afternoon. I had 20 contact numbers.
I tried adding another and it just deleted the top contact, replacing it with the new one just added. Then, it changed my account setup from calling from France, where I am, to calling from the UK, and deleted almost all of my 20 numbers. Even more odd is that my international calls then became a call from the UK to the UK with the Mytello number becoming an 020 number for calling an 020 number rather than an 01 (French number) calling a UK number. I think it has swallowed my original credit (about 12 euros) and possibly has twice taken a further two lots of £10.
Please sort out my Mytello account back to calling from France to, mostly, the UK and refund all the extra money taken. Thank you.
